How can I try goEducation for free?
If content ever changes, you simply update it. That keeps the course current at all times — with no re-production.
How do annual and monthly billing work?
You can choose between two plans: With the annual plan, you pay once a year in advance and save 10% compared to the monthly plan. With the monthly plan, you pay monthly—but there’s a 3-month notice period. You can see the difference right in the Switch section under “Plans.”
How much can I save with annual billing?
If you pay annually in advance, you'll save 10% on all plans. The price of the Basic Plan is already optimized for annual payment.
What are the cancellation terms?
With the annual plan you pay yearly in advance and can only cancel at the end of the term. With the monthly plan you pay monthly, with a 3-month notice period. Before committing you can try any plan free for 14 days and cancel within the trial period with no further obligation.
What's included in every plan?
All plans include advanced analytics, an interactive in-course instructor, and voice and microphone interaction. Plans differ in the number of participants and authors, the included credit allowance, the service level (email / prioritized / dedicated), the number of characters, and course export (e.g. SCORM from Premium).
What happens when my credits are used up?
You can add extra credits at any time or switch to a larger plan. In the configurator you immediately see how the price changes — for both annual and monthly billing.
