Prices & Plans

You can choose between two models: with the annual plan you pay once a year in advance and save around 10 % compared to the monthly plan. With the monthly plan you pay monthly — with a 3-month notice period. You can see the switch directly in the toggle above the plans.

Around 10 %: Basic drops from 200 € to 179 € a month, Pro from 500 € to 449 €, Premium from 1,000 € to 899 €. Over a year that is 252 €, 612 € and 1,212 € respectively — the figure each card shows under its price.

With the annual plan you pay yearly in advance and can only cancel at the end of the term. With the monthly plan you pay monthly, with a 3-month notice period. Before committing you can try any plan free for 14 days and cancel within the trial period with no further obligation.

Credits are consumed when a course is generated. Roughly 200 credits make one course minute, so the included allowance translates into a course-minute indication on every card. Each language a course exists in consumes its own credits. Extra credits cost 1 € per 1,000 — the configurator prices any amount for you.

Basic includes 10 account users, Pro 25 and Premium 50. Admins, authors and learners all count, the account owner included. You can add more seats at any time — the configurator shows what that costs before you commit.

You can add extra credits at any time or switch to a larger plan. In the configurator you immediately see how the price changes — for both annual and monthly billing.

Enterprise suits large organizations with custom volume, dedicated onboarding, white-labeling, volume pricing and SLA requirements. From roughly 250 learners on it is usually the better fit. Get in touch — we'll put together a tailored offer.
