Lara sees different perspectives as a strategic advantage. She demonstrates that a company does not function in spite of differing viewpoints, but precisely because of them. Her strength lies in bringing people and ideas together, making the most of the diversity of perspectives, and empowering others to contribute their own strengths. 

At go AVA, she is responsible for the brand, organisational development and the company’s strategic growth.

She is particularly driven by the question of how digital solutions can consistently offer people the greatest possible added value. Her aim is to shape the technology of tomorrow whilst consistently putting people at the centre of everything she does.

As a female founder, she is also campaigning for greater visibility and participation.

Jan thinks ahead when it comes to technological developments and always keeps in mind what matters to people and where technology can make a difference.

His strength lies in his ability to analyse complex interrelationships, derive clear business decisions from them, and translate technological possibilities into long-term visions. He brings to the table more than 20 years’ experience as a founder, managing director, CTO and member of the advisory board. At go AVA, he shapes the company’s technological vision and strategic development.

He is particularly driven by the question of how artificial intelligence can become not only more powerful, but also trustworthy and relevant to people’s everyday lives. His aim is to develop technology with a long-term vision, whilst consistently placing people at the centre of it all.
